About Bloom Behavioral

Our Mission

At Bloom Behavioral, we’re redefining what behavioral support can look like.

We believe meaningful growth happens when we focus on what truly matters to each individual — their values, their voice, and their vision for life. Through compassionate connection and evidence-based practices, we provide inclusive, high-quality services that empower individuals, caregivers, and families.

Our work is rooted in respect, collaboration, and the belief that everyone deserves to thrive in ways that are meaningful to them.

Core Values

Person-Centered Empowerment
We honor each individual’s voice, values, and vision. Our work begins with understanding what matters most to the people we support — and building from there.  We define success by the goals and values of the people we serve. Every step forward is guided by what is meaningful and empowering to them

Compassion in Action
We lead with empathy, creating safe, respectful spaces where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and supported.

Inclusive Collaboration
We work alongside individuals, caregivers, and communities — not just for them. Our approach is collaborative, inclusive, and rooted in respect.

Innovation with Integrity
We challenge outdated models of ABA by embracing progressive, evidence-based practices that focus on assent and respect. We never create "compliance" based goals.

Our Team

At Bloom Behavioral, we’re committed to doing things differently. Our team includes licensed behavior analysts and certified neurodiversity coaches that value and embrace neurodiversity. We believe that meaningful change begins by listening deeply to what individuals value most — their passions, their goals, and their vision for a fulfilling life..

We’re also proud to partner with the equine specialists at Flying Changes Virginia, blending behavioral science with the healing presence of horses. This unique collaboration offers powerful, nature-based experiences that support emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and authentic connection.

At Bloom, we’re not just helping people navigate challenges — we’re helping them bloom into who they truly want to be.
