ABA Support Groups & Coaching offer a compassionate, empowering space for caregivers, siblings, and individuals with disabilities to connect, learn, and thrive. Grounded in the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), these services go beyond education—they foster emotional well-being, resilience, and meaningful behavior change through personalized support and a strong sense of community.
We provide a range of support options tailored to each group’s unique needs:
- Caregiver Support Groups focus on helping parents, guardians, and family members better understand and support their loved ones. Sessions include practical tools for behavior management, communication strategies, and daily routines, as well as emotional guidance and stress-reduction techniques. Participants also gain access to resource navigation, advocacy training, and peer connection with others who truly understand their experiences.
- Sibling Support Groups create a nurturing environment where siblings of individuals with disabilities can express their feelings, build empathy, and develop coping skills. Activities are designed to foster connection, communication, and a sense of identity, while also recognizing the important role siblings play in the family system.
- Individual Coaching for Autistic Individuals and Those with Developmental Disabilities is offered to promote independence, self-determination, and self-advocacy. Coaching sessions are person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming, supporting clients in areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, social skills, setting and achieving personal goals, and navigating life transitions (like school, work, or community involvement).
- 1-1 Caregiver Coaching is designed to empower parents, guardians, and family members with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support their loved ones effectively and compassionately. Rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and guided by neurodiversity-affirming values, our coaching sessions are individualized and collaborative, focusing on your unique family dynamics and goals. We work alongside caregivers to build practical strategies for behavior support, communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines, while also addressing stress management, advocacy skills, and long-term planning. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or seeking to enhance your child’s growth and independence, our coaching fosters resilience, informed decision-making, and a deeper, more connected relationship with your child.
Each session is led by experienced BCBAs and trained facilitators who create a respectful, inclusive environment where all voices are valued. We emphasize:
- Neurodiversity-Affirming Practices: Encouraging acceptance, autonomy, and strengths-based approaches rather than conformity or compliance.
- Skill Development: From daily living skills and social communication to problem-solving and self-care.
- Emotional Support: Through shared experiences, active listening, and compassionate guidance.
- Confidence-Building: Empowering participants to advocate for themselves and others in a variety of settings.
Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, managing behavioral challenges, or seeking a sense of connection and belonging, our ABA Support Groups & Coaching provide the tools and support needed to build a more confident, informed, and connected future.
